Andrew Preze, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) as a member of the executive team, Andrew is responsible for the strategic and tactical development and execution of the company's
sales and marketing plans and its national sales teams.
His role is to analyze revenue forecasting by assessing sales effectiveness from tactics to pricing and sales strategies. Oversee sales and marketing departments to meet revenue and sales growth targets.
The primary objective is to close deals, which means, the CSMO is involved in everything
from sales team training and development to daily operations, to customer relationship management (CRM). The CSMO makes recommendations from key metrics to implement fast-paced market changes to meet necessary sales initiatives.
Andrew provides insight and leadership to the executive team daily. He has many years in his own Real Estate Brokerage business from sales, management of agents, property management and oversight of property investments.
Andrew also has years of experience managing property construction crews of many disciplines and completing scopes of work to deliver top performance. In his off hours, is personal interests are spent watching sports-(Bears football), deer hunting, motorcycle riding, enjoying and expanding his bourbon collection. Andrew loves doing family activities with his wife, daughter and son.
